Thailand property market is quite complicated, in terms of languages, laws and regulations, as well as seeking the real good opportunities, for foreign investors. How do the buyers ensure that they get the best deal from their real estate agents despite the agents get incentives from sellers anyway?

Co-Founder
Nath is a Co-Founder of GE, the first buying agent firm in Thailand, and a Founder of Demue Jewelry Studio which a Fine Jewelry store via online platform. Prior to establishing GE, Nath was a Co-Founder of Fulcrum Lettings Management (Thailand), Co., LTD., mainly responsible for Sales and Marketing side. She created and implemented successful interior design package sales for the local and foreign buyers. In 2017, Nath worked at Fulcrum Global (Hong Kong) as a analyst, researching on the property market in UK, Hong Kong and Thailand.
Before joining Fulcrum Global (Hong Kong), she was a project coordinator at Proud Real Estate Co., LTD. where she was responsible for the financial models and VIP sales of Park 24 project, the biggest residential projects in mid-sukhumvit, Bangkok, Thailand. She also experienced in developing feasibility models at Noble Development PCL and rotating to Sales department and Project development department (Project Value: US 125 Million).
Nath holds a Bacherlor of Business Administration, Major Finance, from Chulalongkorn University and an M.B.A. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. During the Shanghai life, she spent for 2-year study there so she perceives chinese knowledges and cultures.
Co-Founder
Kittitath is a Co-Founder of GE and a Co-Founder of Imagine Capital Co., LTD., the first property investment platform in Thailand. Before establishing GE, he spent three years at Imagine Land Co., LTD. on Global Business Development team, where he focused on business developments and real estate acquisitions. From 2016 to 2017, Kittitath raised capital from individual investors more than £ 10 Million to invest in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. He also initiated and operated hospitality projects by cooperating with international partners.
Prior to joining Imagine Land, Kittitath worked at Proud Real Estate Co., LTD. where he was responsible for finance, accounting, sales and marketing departments. Particularly in feasibility studies, Kittitath created various financial models from residential to commercial projects offering directly to CEO. Before stepping into the real estate development field, Kittitath gained valuable experience working at CB Richard Ellis (Thailand) Co., LTD. and PriceWaterhouseCoopers ABAS LTD.
Kittitath earned a Bachelor of Accountancy with second class honours from Chulalongkorn University and a MSc Construction Economics and Management from University College London (UCL) with Merit. He also was selected into “Bright Idea Challenge”, a competitive startup programme at UCL and won the 3rd prize winner of Central Go (Weiqi) Club London.
